Portfolios to ministers ghimire and koirala

Kathmandu, Sept. 10: Minister for Law, Justice, Constituent Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs and Labour and Employment, Hari Prasad Neupane, left here for India on September 8 to take part in the 52th Assembly of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO) to be held in New Delhi.
Chairman of the Interim Election
Council of Ministers, Khil Raj Regmi, has given responsibility of the Ministry
to Minister for Home Affairs and Foreign Affairs, Madhav Prasad Ghimire, in
absence of Minister Neupane, the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of
Ministers informed this today.
Similarly, Chairman Regmi has also
given the responsibility of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local
Development and Health and Population to Minister for Finance, Industry and
Commerce and Supplies, Shanker Prasad Koirala, in absence of Minister for
Federal Affairs Bidyadhar Mallik.
Minister Mallik left here on
September 10 for New Delhi in India to take part in the 31st meeting of the
health ministers and the 66th meeting of the World Health Organisation (WHO) of
the South East Asia region to be held from September 9-13.
