Lack of textbooks hits Mahottari schools

Bardibas, Sept. 10: Classes have been disrupted at the Secondary School, Bhiltimkiya at Sonamai-2 in Mahottari district due to the lack of textbooks.
The students at the school do not
have textbooks even after five months since the start of the new academic
session.
Students of Grade 9 and 10 are the
hardest-hit and they are worried how they are going to cover their studies and
pass the final examination.
There are 144 students in Grade 9
and 139 in Grade 10 at the school.
A score of other schools in the
district are also said to be facing shortage of textbooks. RSS
